About
Meet the Band
Austin and Logan met in 2016 and began playing and writing music together. They met Billy and Jeff through the CenTex music community, and soon realized their common vision of music and entertainment.
Austin Holyfield - Lead Guitar
Out of Flint, MI; Austin blends elements of Blues, Rock, and Soul into an all-around unique sound. Austin has been playing music for 15 years and brings a mountain of skill and individuality to the stage through his creativity.
Logan McDaniel - Lead Vocals/Rhythm
From Milledgeville, IL; Logan has been singing and playing music for over 20 years. With roots in barbershop and theatre, Logan has a unique ear for arrangement and music structure.
Jeff Priess - Bass Guitar
Jeff is an accomplished musician. Having played in multiple groups all across the United States, Jeff’s experience and talent shine through to help create a unique blend of finesse and energy!
Billy Dunn - Drums
Hailing from Dallas, TX; Billy has been playing music for over 20 years. With roots in his church and having played with several talented groups; Billy has a style of his own blending all of his influences of music that creates the driving force behind Free Ransom.
